MY FEES PER CHILD ARE AS FOLLOWS:-

• Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm £5.00 per hour.
• Before 8am and after 6pm £7.00 per hour Mon - Fri.
• Late collection fee £5.00.
• Before and after school care is at a minimum of 2 hours per day and 2 days per week.
• 9 months, 2, 3 and 4 year old early years funding for eligible children is accepted on a term time only basis. (15/30 hours per week free childcare)
• Bank Holidays CLOSED full fees payable.
• Tax free childcare also accepted.

 

HOLIDAYS:-

• Child/parent annual holiday full fee is payable.
• Childminder annual holiday no fee is payable.
• School holidays child not attending full fee is payable.
• Term time only children half fee payable during all school holidays to retain their space.
• Occasional days off child/parent full fee is payable.
• Occasional days off childminder no fee is payable.

 

SICKNESS:-

• Child/parent sick days off full fee is payable.
• Childminder sick days off no fee is payable.

 

ALL FEES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:-

• Transfers to and from school and play groups, Toddler groups and local outings.

 

PAYMENT OF FEES:-

• Payment of fees may be paid via cash, standing order or BACS. I am also able to accept employer childcare vouchers and the government tax free childcare.

 

RETAINER FEES AND DEPOSIT:-

• A retainer fee of 100% of the normal fee for any additional holidays taken to keep open a place for your child.
• Retainer fees are non refundable.
• Term Time only children half fee payable during school holidays to retain their space.
• One weeks deposit is taken to reserve a place on the date of signing a contract this will be refunded at the end of the contract after any adjustments.

 

FOOD:-

• Meals may be provided at an additional cost. All meals are healthy and home made and are charged at the following. Breakfast £1.50, Lunch £2.00, Dinner £2.50, Drinks and fruit at snack time are not charged for.

 

HOURS

• Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm but I am more than happy to do earlier starts.
